🚚 SHIPPING

Shipments are processed within 48 business hours of order placement and payment receipt.

Shipping is carried out by BRT or DHL courier. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Italy: 1–3 business days from courier pickup
• International: 4–7 business days

During holiday periods or extraordinary events, delivery times may be delayed.

In exceptional cases, delivery may also occur on Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

🌍 COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO AND DUTIES

Our online store ships throughout Italy and worldwide, with a few exceptions. We temporarily do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, and Brazil.

Buzzi Lario ships with the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula to all countries. Any local sales taxes and/or customs duties must be paid directly by the Customer to the courier upon delivery and are non-refundable in case of return.

You can ship your order to your preferred address or use the In-store pickup service at our stores.

The courier may not deliver to certain areas or addresses (e.g., PO boxes or post offices). Any limitations will be communicated before order completion.

🔁 RETURNS (AFTER APPROVED WITHDRAWAL)

After withdrawal confirmation, the customer will receive instructions for product return.

Products must be:

• unused (only tried on)
• with original tags
• in original intact packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

💰 REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt and verification of the return.

The refund covers only the value of the purchased product.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

🔄 SIZE EXCHANGE

A size exchange can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

🎁 GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable after issuance, except as required by law.

If used, they cannot be subject to withdrawal for the portion already redeemed.

• customized or tailor-made products
• sealed goods opened after delivery
• digital content already provided with the consumer's explicit consent
