SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipments are processed within 48 business hours of ordering and receiving payment. Shipments are made via BRT or DHL courier and are delivered Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays.
Estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days from the time the courier picks up the package. Delivery times for international countries are approximately 4-7 business days.
During holidays, delivery times may be subject to delays. Extraordinary events, such as force majeure beyond Buzzi Lario SRL's control, may delay delivery. In exceptional cases, delivery may occur on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery will, however, be made within a maximum of 30 business days of confirmation of payment. We apologize for any delays.
The shipment is delivered to the address indicated by the customer. If the delivery address is a location other than a private residence (e.g., an office, business, café, etc.), the customer is required to indicate this by writing "c/o" next to their name to avoid having the package held for unknown addresses.
The Customer is responsible for the shipping address provided to Buzzi Lario SRL , which cannot be changed after the purchase contract has been finalized. Providing an incorrect address, even just the house number, or an incomplete address (missing house number) will result in the parcel being unloaded and delivery delays.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the indicated address at the time of delivery. To avoid wasted time on the courier's part or undelivered items, we recommend providing an alternative shipping address to your home address.
The Customer who places an order undertakes to accept delivery of their package: if for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment, the costs associated with its return will be deducted from the refund due.
Upon shipment, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email. The courier will also send an email containing the tracking number to track the product. All orders placed on Buzzi Lario will be accompanied by a document declaring the value of each item in euros, as required by trade regulations. Upon arrival, the customer is requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.
Items are carefully packaged and sealed with branded tape. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or the tape is damaged, the customer is asked to sign for receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately notify Buzzi Lario at info.buzzilario@gmail.com .
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
All orders placed on our online store are shipped directly from our stores in Gera Lario and Colico. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national and local holidays (no shipments or deliveries are made on holidays).
We will send you a tracking number for each order via email or text message.
Please make sure you have selected the country to which you wish to ship your order before proceeding with your purchase.
Shipping times may vary depending on the country selected. Please see our table for estimated shipping times for each country.
A signature is always required upon delivery. If the customer allows the courier to deliver without a signature, neither Buzzi Lario nor the courier will be held responsible for the loss of the package.
COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO AND DUTIES
Our online store ships throughout Italy and worldwide, with a few exceptions. We are temporarily unable to ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, and Brazil.
Buzzi Lario ships DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) to all countries. Any local sales taxes and/or customs duties must be paid directly by the customer to the courier for each order upon delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.
You can send your order to the address of your choice or choose the Pick Up in Store service to pick up your order at one of our stores.
The courier may not ship to certain areas or addresses, such as PO boxes or poste restante addresses; we will inform you of any limitations before completing your order.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
We will send you the tracking number via email or SMS to track your order.
You can check the progress of your order at any time on the DHL or BRT courier website.
Your tracking number will be activated within 24 hours. If you don't see the updated information, please check again the next day. For any questions or assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
RETURNS
The customer may request a return of the purchased item within 14 days of receiving the order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted and the product will be returned to the sender, along with the associated shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, who can use their own express courier, providing Buzzi Lario with the tracking number, or a courier indicated by Buzzi Lario.
Customers wishing to return an item must send an email to info.buzzilario@gmail.com indicating their order number, the reason for the return, and whether they intend to use their own courier or one we specify. The return procedure will be communicated.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent via a different courier than the agreed-upon one will not be accepted. The package must be carefully packaged as received, using wrapping paper and tape. Returns of items without original labels and tags, worn items, or damaged items will not be accepted .
RETURN REFUND
The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the returned item and after checking the item itself, using a method that will be communicated.
The refund will be made based on the value of the item purchased, so any cash on delivery or shipping costs will not be refunded.
SIZE CHANGE
Customers can request a size exchange for their purchased item within 14 days of receiving their order by sending an email to info.buzzilario@gmail.com , indicating their order number and the requested size. They will be notified of the availability of the requested size and the exchange procedure. Shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer's responsibility and have been set at a courtesy fee of €10.
Only one size change is permitted. Any subsequent requests or returns will be fully covered by the customer.
RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES FROM ABROAD
Shipping costs for returns and size exchanges from countries outside Italy are always the responsibility of the customer, who can use their own express courier or rely on a courier indicated by us.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES
The returned item must be unworn (try-on only), unwashed, or unaltered, and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and free of any marks. Each item must include all tags, packaging, and original accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, labels, etc.) received with the order. All shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging. Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or Buzzi Lario makes shipping errors, please send an email to info.buzzilario@gmail.com as soon as possible, indicating the order number, the defect found, and a photo of the item (if applicable). Buzzi Lario reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and will cover the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to its premises. Buzzi Lario will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in the return policy. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address, with shipping costs paid by the recipient.
